Stephen Mortimer joins PERENICH The Law Firm

This fall PERENICH The Law Firm was given the opportunity to bring aboard a new very experienced attorney, Stephen P. Mortimer.

Steve will be practicing at the firm’s St. Petersburg office in the Courthouse Square Building located at 600 1st Avenue North. Steve brings over 17 years of civil trial practice experience as a senior level insurance defense attorney. He will be concentrating in the area of wrongful death and serious bodily injury cases with a special emphasis in representing trauma victims and children hurt as a result of automobile and other traffic related cases. Steve and his wife Marcy of 20 years are the parents of two daughters. Steve has recently been chosen to serve as a Chief Judge at Stetson College of Law Trial Practice Program. He volunteers at LCC Day School and The Canterbury School of Florida. Steve is also available to take referrals of cases that cannot be settled. He litigates and tries cases in front of juries. Referring attorneys receive 25% of the fee in compliance with Florida Bar Rules.
