Gregory J. Perenich is a civil trial attorney and the founding member of PERENICH The Law Firm. For over 25 years, Mr. Perenich has devoted his practice to representing the injured and advocating on behalf of families that have suffered the loss of loved ones due to the carelessness of others. His strong voice for the injured is rooted in his experience under the tutelage of his father, Guy Perenich, a renowned personal injury attorney in the greater Tampa Bay area. Being mentored by his father has given Gregory the character and work ethic to passionately represent his clients who have suffered serious injuries or have been killed in automobile and trucking accidents, construction incidents, or as a consequence of unsafe premises or negligent medical errors. To date, Mr. Perenich has successfully represented thousands of clients and their families in obtaining full and fair compensation for their losses.
Continuing this proud legacy, Mr. Perenich has earned the respect of his peers and is well-known for his resolve to prevail as a no nonsense, get it done attorney willing to lay it on the line for his clients, while maintaining a respectful and professional approach with opposing attorneys, judges, mediators, and insurance adjustors. He has tried several cases to verdict in Florida, including jury trials in Miami-Dade, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Leon Counties.
Bringing these skills to the courtrooms for the benefit of his clients is Mr. Perenich’s passionate mission at PERENICH The Law Firm. With the recognition that his clients seek to recover both emotionally and financially from a devastating and often life altering event, Greg understands the importance of taking quick and decisive action to restore the economic independence of his clients without compromising his values for integrity, professionalism and the goal of making a full recovery on their behalf.

That same year he was able to achieve a notable seven figure settlement in a tragic case involving the death of a 12 year old pedestrian struck and killed by a hit and run driver along a major thoroughfare in St. Petersburg. His successes in achieving many large settlements and verdicts for his clients are indicative of the values and standards he sets for himself and strives to meet for each individual client, every day and in every unique case. As a result of his efforts dangerous premises have been made safer, reckless drivers have lost their driving privileges and physicians and hospitals have adopted higher standards for ensuring patient safety.
